Booking form. When you apply for a tattoo session I collect: name, surname, email, Instagram username, city, tattoo idea, body placement, size, budget, and any reference images you upload. I use this data solely to review your application, contact you about your booking, and prepare your design. Legal basis: steps prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Email. If you contact me at sebas.tatts@gmail.com, I keep the correspondence to answer you and manage your booking.
Cookies and tracking. With your consent, this Site uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which collects data about your visit (pages viewed, device, approximate location) to measure ad performance and show you relevant ads on Meta platforms. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can give or refuse via the cookie banner and withdraw at any time using the cookie settings button displayed on this site.
I do not sell your data. It may be processed by service providers I use to run the Site and my business: Hostinger, Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Pixel), and the professional studios hosting my guest spots (only your name and appointment details, when needed). Some providers may process data outside the EU under approved safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses).
Booking applications: up to [24] months after last contact, then deleted. Data related to completed sessions may be kept longer where required for legal, tax, or health-record obligations in the country where the session took place.
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to sebas.tatts@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
