By submitting a booking application or attending a session, you agree to these terms.
All sessions are application-based. Submitting the form does not guarantee a booking. I review every application and reply within 72 business hours. A booking is confirmed only after the deposit is received.
A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your date. By paying the deposit, you expressly request that pre-session design work begins immediately, before the 14-day withdrawal period applicable to online service contracts has elapsed. The deposit is deducted from the final session price and compensates this design work already carried out. The remaining balance is due in full at the start of the session. The amount is communicated during the booking process.
By you: The deposit is non-refundable. If you notify me at least 7 days before your session, the deposit may be transferred once to a new date, subject to availability. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 7 days’ notice, or fail to attend without notice, the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book a future session.
By me: If I need to cancel or postpone your session for any reason — including cancellation of a guest spot — your deposit is held and applied to the next available date in your city or a nearby one, or refunded in full if no suitable alternative is available.
The final design is my interpretation of your concept, in my visual language. A structural sketch and the full design are shared before the session. Minor adjustments are included; major concept changes requiring a full redesign may involve an additional fee or rescheduling. Designs remain my intellectual property and may be published in my portfolio and social media unless you request otherwise in writing.
You confirm you are 18 or older and will bring valid ID. Inform me of any medical conditions, allergies, or medication relevant to tattooing. Do not consume alcohol for at least 24 hours before the session. Follow the aftercare instructions provided; I am not responsible for healing issues caused by failure to follow them.
All sessions take place in licensed professional studios complying with local hygiene regulations.
One touch-up within 3 months of the session is included at no charge, provided the aftercare instructions were followed. This excludes travel costs and is subject to my guest spot schedule in your city. Touch-ups requested after this period, or needed due to not following aftercare, may incur a fee.
To the extent permitted by law, my liability is limited to the amount paid for the session. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
